Mr S S Nijjar v Nationwide Accident Repair Services Ltd (in administration) and Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy: 3312465/2020

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3312465/2020
Mr S S NijjarClaimant1. Nationwide Accident Repair Services Ltd (in administration) 2. Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial StrategyRespondent
Employment Judge DunlopDate 9 September 2021

JUDGMENT

The complaints of notice pay, holiday pay and redundancy pay are struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 19 July 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaints of notice pay, holiday pay and redundancy pay should not be struck out because they have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaints of notice pay, holiday pay and redundancy pay are therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim for a protective award will still proceed.
