JUDGMENT

PROCEDURE 2013 UPON the respondent having failed to present a response within the time for presentation of a response and UPON the respondent being in voluntary liquidation and the liquidator having present a response out of time in which the claimant’s claim is not disputed.[1]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract (notice pay) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £481.10.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £649.20. This is the gross amount. If the respondent pays the tax and national insurance due to HMRC, payment of the net amount will meet the judgment debt.[3]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1308.59.[4]The hearing listed on the 5 February 2020 will not take place
