Mr T Ramella v HSBC UK Bank plc: 3312316/2020
JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of age discrimination, unauthorised deduction of wages, failure to pay holiday pay and for any other money payments were struck out on 26 February 2021.[2]No other part of the claimant’s case is struck out for having no reasonable prospect of success.[3]No part of the claimant’s claim is made the subject of a deposit order as a precondition for continuing with the claims for having little reasonable prospect of success.[4]The Tribunal did not have time to consider whether any part of the claimant’s claims should be struck out on the basis that they have not been actively pursued, but the respondent may seek the relisting of its application.[5]The claimant’s claims are not scandalous or vexatious.[6]The claimant’s claims of age discrimination, holiday pay or other payments are struck out.
