JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal being satisfied that all reasonable steps have been taken to notify the Respondent of the hearing and attempts having been made the day prior to, and the day of, the hearing to contact them, it was appropriate to proceed in their absence pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure; and[2]The Claimant confirms that claim number 3312170/2020, which is a duplicate claim created in error, is now withdrawn.
