[1]By a letter dated 11 August 2021, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because• the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious;• the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 13 March 2021 and 24 June 2021.• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The letter was sent by email to the claimant’s representative and to the claimant’s own email address. Neither the Claimant nor her representative has responded by 10am today as required, or at all. The claim is struck out.[3]The hearing of 13 August 2021 is cancelled.
