JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims for unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of the below claims are dismissed as the Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider them:1.1 non payment for two shifts worked over the Christmas period in 2018; and1.2 lost” holiday pay in respect of the period 14- 30 April 2019; and1.3 the claimant’s use of annual leave rather than bereavement leave in respect of two periods of time off in October 2018 and April 2020;1.4 underpayment for a shift worked on Good Friday 2021[2]The remainder of the claimants claims for unauthorised deduction from wages and his claim for unlawful detriment following a protected disclosure are unaffected by this judgment.
