[1]The Claimant is entitled to notice pay, calculated as follows:1.1 3 months’ pay @ £2,250;1.2 totalling £6,750.1.3 less £2,400 received from the Insolvency Service;1.4 leaving a balance due of £4,350.[2]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment, calculated as follows:2.1 20 years (the maximum that may be counted);2.2 multiplied by 1.5 (she was above 41 years of age throughout her employment);2.3 multiplied by £519.23 (£27,000 / 52);2.4 totalling £15,576.92;2.5 less £6,000 received from the Insolvency Service;2.6 leaving a balance due of £9,576.92.
