The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]There is some lack of clarity about the exact identity of the intended respondent. A judge made a decision on 23 January 2024 that it appeared that the intended respondent was KNP Logistics Group Ltd. That is a company which is in administration, and therefore other issues might arise from that.[2]In any event, by a letter dated 2 September 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 23 September 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 5 June 2024. it has not been actively pursued.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
