JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to The Hair Studio Ampthill Limited.[2]The complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded. The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[3]The complaint of pregnancy and/or maternity discrimination is not wellfounded.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following sums in respect of her unfair dismissal:(a) A basic award of £738.46.(b) A compensatory award of £16,200.[5]Pursuant to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002, the amount of the award to the Claimant is increased by £1,477.20. Case Number: 3311921/2022[6]The total amount of the award to the Claimant is therefore £18,415.66.
