JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the grand total of £6217.56 within 14 days.[2]The grand total is because, and is made up of, the following: 2.1. The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages for the period 1 July 2023 to 15 September 2023, and is ordered to pay £1976 because of that. 2.2. The Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract by dismissing her with 10 days’ notice when she was entitled to receive 7 weeks' notice, and is ordered to pay damages of £1721.56 because of that. 2.3. The Claimant is entitled to statutory redundancy pay of £2520. Case No: 3311887/2023
