Ms J Kelly v Bulk Transfer Ltd and D Seagrove: 3311840/2023 and 3311856/2023
JUDGMENT
[1]Having considered representations from both parties and noting that the Claimant’s reasons for reconsideration were not contained in her original application and that no explanation as to why they were not set out there has been provided. I am not willing to reconsider my earlier decision. If the Claimant wishes to make an application in relation to any behavior by the Respondent it must do so, with evidence. A speculative basis is not sufficient to interrupt the orders of the Tribunal or the overriding objective.[2]It is not in the interests of justice to allow a reconsideration of this decision.
