JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal declares that the Claimant’s complaint that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from his wages is well-founded and the Tribunal orders the Respondent to pay the gross sum of £5,576.92 to the Claimant in respect of the deductions.[2]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1,730.76.[3]The Respondent dismissed the Claimant in breach of contract by not giving him one week’s notice terminating his employment or paying him in lieu thereof. The Tribunal orders the Respondent to pay the net sum of £485.57 as damages for breach of contract.[4]The Claimant’s claim that he was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent succeed. The Tribunal makes a Basic Award against the Respondent in favour of the Claimant in the amount of £4,282.50. Case Number: 3311813/2022[5]The total sum awarded is therefore £12,075.75.
