JUDGMENT

Although the claim was presented out of time, the Claimant took reasonable steps to present the claim in time; it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented in time and the claim was presented within such further period as the Tribunal considers reasonable. The complaints of holiday pay (£213.21), arrears of pay (£723.55) and notice pay (£209.28) are dismissed on withdrawal the Claimant, the Respondent having agreed to pay the sums claimed (without admission of liability and subject to any deductions in respect of income tax and national insurance). The complaint of unfair dismissal is also dismissed following a withdrawal by the Claimant. The Claimant’s application to amend her claim is refused The Claimant’s remaining claim of failure to reimburse her for the cost of vaccinations (£120.00) will proceed to a final hearing on 11 October 2022 at 10.00 am (by video) for 2 hours).
