The unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that: -[1]The claimant’s complaint of discrimination on the grounds sex contrary to section 13 Equality Act 2010 is well founded and so succeeds.[2]The claimant’s complaint of harassment contrary to section 26 Equality Act 2010 is well founded and so succeeds.[3]The claimant’s complaint of victimisation contrary to section 27 Equality Act 2010 is well founded and so succeeds. The Tribunal did not have sufficient time to determine remedy. The case is to be listed for a one day remedy hearing.
