[1]By a letter dated 19 September 2024, the Tribunal gave the parties to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why case number 3302580/2025 should not be struck out because it is simply a duplicate. Both parties are content for it to be struck out, and therefore it is struck out.[2]The Respondent's representative’s email of 18 August 2025 seeks strike out of case number 3311711/2024, referring back to an application dated 24 March 2025 which it says was outstanding.
