JUDGMENT
[1]The Administrator has given consent to these proceedings continuing by letter dated 29 December 2020.[2]The respondent has failed to give the claimant three months notice in accordance with her contract of employment, and her claim for breach of contract is upheld.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant in respect of her entitlement to annual leave, and her claim to that effect is upheld.[4]All other claims are dismissed.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a total of £11,976.20, made up as follows. These are net sums, calculated after giving credit for sums recovered from the Insolvency Service in respect of the same items: For holiday pay: The net sum of £1690.20; For notice pay: the net sum of £10,286.00.
