JUDGMENT
(1) The claimant’s claim for discrimination on the grounds of race and age contrary to the Equality Act 2010 (EQA) was not presented within the time limits set out in sections 123(1)(a) & (b) as extended by section 140B of the EQA. The claimant’s claim is struck out as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.(2) The claimants claim for unfair dismissal contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA) was not presented to the tribunal in accordance with sections 111(2)(a) & (b) as extended by section 207B of the ERA. The claimant’s claim is struck out as the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.
