[1]Glenn Cleaning & Support Services Ltd is substituted for Glenn Management Ltd as the second respondent.[2]The claims against the first respondent are dismissed.[3]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the second respondent.[4]The claimant’s claims for notice pay, holiday pay and a redundancy payment succeed. Case No: 3311605/2021[5]The second respondent shall pay the claimant a total of £1,442.12 calculated as follows:a. Notice pay: £180 (2 x £90).b.
