[1]By a letter dated 12 November 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 20 November 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal sent to parties on 16 July 2024 (made at hearing on 9 May 2024) it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 13 to 16 January 2025 will not take place.
