JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claim for unfair dismissal as the Claimant had not been employed continuously for two years as at the effective date of termination.[2]The claim had also been brought out of time for the purposes of s. 111 Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The claim is therefore dismissed in full.[4]The grounds under Rule 76(1)(b) Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure have been made out, and the Claimant must pay the Respondent £1,000 towards its legal costs.
