JUDGMENT

For the summary reasons given orally at the hearing on 11th June 2026 :-

[1]the claimant’s dismissal was not unfair within the terms of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The claim for unfair dismissal against Respondent 1 therefore fails and is dismissed.

[2]the claimant’s claims for direct discrimination under s13 Equality Act 2010 on the grounds of age and on the grounds of sex against Respondents 1, 2 and 3 are not well founded and are dismissed.

[3]the claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal against Respondent 1 on the basis of breach of contract relating to notice is not well founded and is dismissed. Approved by
