JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant is granted permission to amend her claim to include a claim for notice pay.[2]The Tribunal declares that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of the period 19 June 2023 to 31 August 2023. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £2,807.77 in respect of the unauthorised deductions.[3]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £403.85 gross.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £242.31 gross.[5]Pursuant to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002, the amount of the award to the Claimant is increased by £807.70.[6]The total amount of the award to the Claimant is therefore £4,261.63.
