Mr P Byrd v P Diggins: 3311391/2020
JUDGMENT
Rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]On 12 June 2021 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform him that an Employment Judge was considering striking out the claim because the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant was given until 25 June 2021 to object to this proposal and give reasons in writing or request a hearing at which he could make them.[3]The Claimant has not responded to the Tribunal’s letter.[4]The claim is therefore dismissed because the claim has not been actively pursued. I confirm that this is my Judgment in the case of Mr P Byrd v Paul Diggins case no. 3311391/2020 and that I have dated and signed by electronic signature.
