(1) The Claimant was made an award of notice and a protective award by the Second Respondent under section 184 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 by the Second Respondent.(2) The Claimant was made an award of redundancy by the Second Respondent under section 168 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 by the Second Respondent.(3) The Claimant’s complaints are dismissed. The Claimant did not have permission from the administrator to claim any outstanding notice pay and redundancy pay.
