JUDGMENT
[1]The claim form presented on 28 September 2023 (3311255/2023; “Claim 2”) included complaints of unfair dismissal and breach of contract (lack of notice) based on an alleged constructive dismissal with effective date of termination 27 June 2023.[2]Any and all other complaints in Claim 2 were withdrawn on 21 March 2024, and are dismissed on withdrawal.[3]It was not an abuse of process to present the complaints mentioned in paragraph 1, notwithstanding the prior presentation of claim number 3300551/2023 (“Claim 1”), and the orders and judgments made in that case at a public preliminary hearing on 5 July 2023.[4]Claim 2 is not struck out as an abuse of process.
