Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024 – Rule 22[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £7548 (April and May 2023 salary was not paid).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1399.85 (2 weeks).[3]The claimant was employed from 1 September 2021 to 31 May 2023, which is less than two years, and there is no entitlement to a redundancy payment.
