JUDGMENT
[1]It is the judgment of the Tribunal that, terms of settlement having been agreed between the parties, the case is stayed for implementation of those terms until 4pm on 22 October 2021 to enable those terms of settlement to be carried into effect. If before that time and date the claimant has not applied to the Tribunal to restore this matter to the list for hearing, the claim herein will at that time and date be treated as having been withdrawn on settlement by the claimant and, with the consent of the claimant given today, shall stand dismissed without order.
