JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was made redundant by the Respondents in June 2020 and is therefore entitled to a redundancy payment and the Respondents are Ordered to pay a redundancy payment in the sum of £1,135.35.[2]The Respondents were in breach of contract in failing to pay notice pay and the Respondents are Ordered to pay damages in the sum of £1,059.66.[3]During the period when the Claimant was furloughed in March 2020 to June 2020, the Claimant was entitled to accrued holiday pay (pro-rata) and the Respondents are Ordered to pay the sum of £209.04.[4]The total Award payable by the Respondents to the Claimant amounts to £2,404.05.
