The claim of Protected Disclosure Detriment is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200 following a preliminary hearing held on 16 January 2020. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 23 January 2020. The Claimant has failed to pay the deposit. The complaint of Protected Disclosure Detriment under section 47B Employment Rights Act 1996 is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 23 and 24 June 2020 will not now take place.
