[1]On 4 September 2019 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform him that an Employment Judge was considering striking out his claim because he had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 22 March 2019 and the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]He was given until 18 September 2019 to object to the proposal or to request a hearing at which to do so.[3]The Claimant has failed to respond to the Tribunal’s letter. The claim is therefore struck out.
