[1]By a letter dated 7 June 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because:• the claimants have not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 9 March 2023• they have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 4-6 September 2023 will not take place.
