JUDGMENT
(1) It is the judgment of this Tribunal that the Claimant’s claim in direct race discrimination under section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds. It is the judgment of this Tribunal that the Claimant’s claim in harassment related to race under section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds. It is the judgment of this Tribunal that the Claimant’s claim in victimisation under section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds. REMEDY(2) The Claimant is awarded the sum of £10,000.00 by way of injury to feelings and the sum of £11,336.00 by way of losses between the date of dismissal and the date of new employment. The total therefore payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is £21,336.00.
