JUDGMENT
[1]All of the claimant’s outstanding claims in these proceedings are not well founded and are dismissed. (Some of the claimant’s claims were resolved by agreement prior to the final hearing.) In particular, the claimant’s claims for breach of contract and unauthorised deductions from wages in relation to:(1) notice pay;(2) unpaid wages for work done on 22 February 2022;(3) the respondent’s failure to provide the claimant with accommodation or pay her the cost of her accommodation;(4) the respondent’s failure to provide the claimant with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours of paid work per week; are not well founded and are dismissed.
