JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages contrary to S13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in respect of salary, overtime and accrued but untaken holiday pay.[2]The respondent must pay the agreed net sum of £710 to the claimant within 14 days from the date of this Judgment.[3]The respondent has failed to comply with S8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 by failing to provide a sufficiently itemised pay statement. No further monetary award is made in respect of this breach.
