JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s breach of contract claim succeeds in part. The Tribunal awards the Claimant the following sums by way of damages for breach of contract:a. £6,290.33 (gross) in respect of her remuneration for the balance of her notice period; andb. £188.71 in respect of her employer’s pension contribution. The sum of £6,290.33 above shall be subject to PAYE deductions by the Respondent. Accordingly, the Claimant shall only be entitled to receive the amount net of such PAYE deductions.[2]Any further claims pursued by the Claimant against the Respondent as part of this Claim are dismissed.
