JUDGMENT
[1]The employment tribunal has jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaints, it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented in time and it was presented within a reasonable period of time after the time limit.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £200.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £350.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £700.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,500 pursuant to section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.
