[1]The Appellant appealed the Improvement Notice dated 23 April 2021 (reference number RDR 210423 I1) (Improvement Notice).[2]The above consent judgment having been agreed, the Respondent no longer opposes the Appellant’s Appeal.[3]UPON the Respondent’s agreement to withdraw/cancel any and all outstanding invoices issued to the Appellant by the Respondent for on behalf of the Health & Safety Executive in relation to the matters underpinning the Improvement Notice, and the agreement not to issue any further invoices in relation to the Improvement Notice or the underlying facts relating to the Improvement Notice or otherwise, the terms of the above judgment have been agreed between the parties.
