Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 - Rule 21 Preamble: The Tribunal has adopted the sum of £334 for the weekly net income of the claimant; and £417.50 as the gross weekly figure.[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1,479, which is a sum net of tax.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2505.[4]The claim holiday entitlement is dismissed. There was inadequate information in relation to this aspect of the claim.
