The Claimant’s claims are struck out under rule 37(1)(c) & (d).REASONS
[1]By a letter of 4 February 2023, the Claimant was notified that I was considering striking out her claims because of a failure to comply with earlier case management orders. She was given until 20 February 2023, to write to the Tribunal with reasons why her claims should not be struck out and confirmation that she had now complied with all outstanding case management orders. The Claimant did not reply.[2]Accordingly, her claims are struck out under rule 37(1)(c) because of her failure to comply with case management orders, in particular those made on 6 November 2022 and under rule 37(1)(d) because she is not actively pursuing her claims.
