JUDGMENT
(1) It is the judgment of this Tribunal that the Claimant’s claims for breach of contract in respect of a bonus and a payment for vehicle insurance and tax fail and are dismissed.(2) The Claimant’s claims for unlawful deduction of wages succeed and the Tribunal makes a declaration to this effect. In this respect the Claimant is awarded the sum of:-a. £1,515.12 pay in lieu of accrued untaken holiday.b. Deduction of wages for October 2021 - £637.50.c. Deduction of overtime payment for February and March 2022 - £682.75.d. Deduction of wages for April 2022, £1,092.15. Total payable by the Respondents to the Claimant £3,927.52.
