JUDGMENT
(1) The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to deal with a breach of contract complaint.(2) There was an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant wages.(3) The amount which the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant is £5180.20.(4) This is a net amount, and must be paid without deduction or set off. As far as I am aware, the Respondent has already made PAYE deductions and accounted to HMRC, but that is outside my jurisdiction. If there are any further payments due from the Respondent to HMRC, then the Respondent must not deduct them from the £5180.20 that it is ordered to pay to the Claimant.
