The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 8 January 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant’s personal representative an opportunity to request a hearing, or to give reasons in writing as to why the claim should not be struck out. This is because sadly the claimant has died, and no personal representative nominated a wish to continue the claim, as required by the tribunal in a letter dated 19 October 2022.[2]No personal representative has replied to the letter of 8 January 2023 either. In light of the failure to give reasons in writing as to why the claim should not be struck out, or to request a hearing, it is assumed that no personal representative wishes to continue the claim, and the claim is struck out.
