Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £3,052 net in the form of pension contributions.[2]The claimant was fairly dismissed by reason of redundancy. The claimant has received a redundancy payment. Therefore the claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed.
