[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed as the Claimant had less than two years continuous service at the time of her dismissal.[2]The Second Respondent is removed from these proceedings as it is a dissolved company and there has been no application to restore it to the Register of Companies.[3]The complaints for unpaid wages / notice pay are struck out as an abuse of process as the Claimant already has a judgment in her favour dated 6 September 2023 in the County Court.
