The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 31 October 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 13 November to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the orders of the Tribunal it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. He has failed to comment on the Respondent’s further applications dated 14 November and 27 December 2023. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 4 and 5 March 2024 will not take place.
