Mrs K Clarke v Hawkedon Primary School and Wokingham Borough Council: 3309069/2022
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 3 July 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 4th September 2022. it has not been actively pursued. it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim, because of the claimant’s failure to comply.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 8 – 10 July 2024 will not take place.
