[1]By a letter dated 21 December 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 28 December 2023 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 18 August 2023. it has not been actively pursued. Of the reasons in the Respondent’s application for strike out.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing – by 28 December or at all - and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing that had been due to commence on 3 June 2024 will not take place.
