JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from his wages is wellfounded and is upheld.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unfair (constructive) dismissal is well-founded and is upheld.[3]The Claimant’s claim in respect of the Respondent’s failure to pay him notice pay is upheld.[4]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed.[5]The Tribunal having delivered its judgment on liability in respect of the above matters, the parties asked for time to consider what sums were payable to the Claimant by the Respondent. They were able to agree that the Respondent would pay to the Claimant the total global sum of £32,000 in settlement of all the claims that he had brought to the Tribunal and the Respondent is ordered to pay that sum to the Claimant.
