The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 31 January 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to reply by 7 February 2023 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because Of the reasons stated in the Respondent’s application of 20 December the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 24 November 2022 it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 31 March 2023 will not take place.
