Employment Judge Quill DateDate 24 May 2024

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 22 May 2024the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 23 May 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious;  the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 21 March 2024.  it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, either by the deadline or since. He had previously failed to respond to the Respondent's representative’s email of 15 May 2024 and has also not commented on their email of 24 May at 9.46am. The Claimant has failed to ask for a hearing.[3]In light of the above, the claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 28 and 29 May 2024 will not take place.
